Our entire line has beaten all of the best and most well-known Wings establishments in Buffalo & Rochester, NY including the perrenial winners there. Despite having been a poorly publicized competition, the competition was a scientifically conducted formal competition involving seven judges, four of whom privately confided to us that they thought we were the best in NY State.
While the Texas Fiery Foods event was still in place our Buffalo Wing Sauces swept 1st-Place for Mild, Medium, Hot, & X-Hot.
Our Buffalo Wing Sauce was judged at "Best Of" at the first National Buffalo Wing Festival featuring competition. We believe that this was the only competition at the NBWF to have been judged by industry chefs, one of whom was a Wegmans chef.
In 2014 while competing against approximately 40 restaurants in Delaware in a Wings competition sponsored by Mount Aire Chicken, our line took 1st-Place.
Our Buffalo Wing Sauces took 1st-Place in the Fiery Foods Low-Carb Flavor Awards in both heat categories, Mild and Hot.
